If you have changed your mind and would like a refund please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as the product is returned with its original packaging and labels, in as new condition, unused and can be resold at full price. A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns made after 7 days of receipt. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure the item is safely delivered to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your returns.
Please ensure that you use a tracked and insured delivery service that will cover the full value of the goods in the event they go missing in transit as we cannot process the refund until we receive the item back into our warehouse.

We will issue a refund using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, though additional processing time by your bank may cause delay.
We are unable to refund special order parts and accessories that are not listed on our website and have been sourced specifically for you.

Product Damaged Upon Arrival

Returning a Faulty Product
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us using the form below for further advice. If required we will organise a collection of the product so please ensure that it is placed in suitable packaging ready for our courier to collect with all accessories and documentation.
As soon as our technicians have verified the fault we will contact you to discuss the available options. Please note that if no fault is found or if the issue is caused by user error, we will notify you before applying any charges for the return and re-shipment.
Returning a Used Product
When making an online purchase you have the right to cancel an order up to fourteen days after all the products in your order have been delivered to you and a further fourteen days to return the products to us. These rules apply even if the product has been used.
